Priority Registration for the 2022-2023 season: June 27-29th!
Priority registration for current returning EDA families will be available ONLINE Monday June 27th – Wednesday June 29th, 2022. Those registered during this time frame will receive 5% off of their yearly tuition. Registration during this time frame will be limited to returning clients ONLY (from the 2021-2022 season).
General registration: July 11th!
General Registration opens Monday July 11th, 2022 for new and returning clients (who did not register during the priority registration time frame). Any registrations processed after the priority registration dates have passed will not qualify for the Priority Registration discount. Initial payment must be completed upon registration. Registration for all levels of programming will be available online.
Please note that the directors must approve registration for any Full Time or Jumpstart level program.

Sibling Discount:
Account holders with multiple children dancing at Element Dance Arts are offered an additional savings, regardless of the time of year at which they register. The tuition of the dancer participating in the most technique hours per week is rated at regular cost. The second dancer, dancing for an equal or lesser amount will receive 5% off their tuition. Each additional dancer beyond the second, dancing for equal or lesser amounts will receive 7% off their tuition for the year. Dancers must be siblings. Sibling Discount DOES NOT apply to Mini Session programs.
Payment Plan:
All tuition pricing will be divided into 10 equal installments. The first installment is due upon registration and is required in order to hold your dancer’s spot in class. Each subsequent payment is due on the first of each month (October 1st – June 1st).
Initial payment options include VISA and M/C – payments to be completed online through a Square invoice. Pre-Authorized banking or credit card information must be provided at the time of registration for all subsequent installments.
*Please note: some months have more classes than others. Payment plans do not reflect the number of classes offered per month but rather an equal division of the full year’s tuition amount.

Thanksgiving Monday: Studio Closed ~ Monday October 10th, 2022
Christmas Break: Studio Closed ~ Sunday December 18th – Sunday January 8th, 2023 (re-opens Mon Jan 9th )
Family Day: Studio Closed ~ Monday February 20th, 2023
March Break: Studio Closed ~ Monday March 13th , 2023 – Sunday March 19th , 2023 inclusive.
Easter: Studio Closed ~ Friday April 7th to Monday April 10th , 2023 inclusive
Victoria Day: Studio Closed ~ Monday May 22nd 2023
Year-End Recital: Dates dependent on theatre availability.
Last Day of Classes: Tentatively scheduled for June 21-23, 2023 at the Humanities Theatre, University of Waterloo Dependant on year end recital dates. If recital is held June 21st, then Saturday June 17th, 2023 is the final day of classes. Finalized recital information (dates and location) will be released in January 2023.
