Full-Time Programs

Full-Time Program Information

Our full time program has been developed to produce strong, well-rounded dancers wishing to train at an advanced level.  Dancers in the full time program are expected to be dedicated to training in a disciplined, technique-intensive program.  Program requirements vary by age group, and are listed below.  Additional classes may be added for those wishing to train in more genres than required.  Dancers participating in the Full Time program must be aware that technique class time slots may, on the rare occasion, be used to complete/clean competitive choreography when necessary.  In the event this must occur, it will not always be possible for the class time to be rescheduled for dancers who are not a part of the routine.

Mandatory VS Optional Classes – In the charts below you will find a list of mandatory classes for each program.  Optional classes (listed on the lower half of each chart) may be added to your schedule at no extra cost.

Tumbling Classes – this year, additional tumbling classes have been added into the schedule for the mini/junior/pre-inter level and for the pre-inter/inter/senior level (pre-inter dancers may choose their time slot, one class may be a better fit for the individual based on their skill level).  Dancers participating in the mini/junior/pre-inter level tumbling class must have a minimum of one of the following skills: aerial or back handspring.  Dancers participating in the pre-inter/inter/senior level tumbling class must have both an aerial and back handspring to participate in the class.  Dancers who meet the se requirements can add the tumbling class for their age level for an additional $250 + HST for the year (this will be split across their 10-instalment payment).

PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) – We have seen such wonderful success and growth in dancers who have participated in our PBT program over the past 2 years, that it has been added into the mandatory list f required classes for all Full Time level programs.  The cost of this class is included in the all-inclusive Full Time pricing.

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students’ technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. It is a unique training system using ballet-technique specific exercises to train skill acquisition in a graded and progressive manner from junior through to advanced levels.  For more info on what PBT is visit:
